How enquiry information is used

The Liwan Village enquiry form collects the details you choose to provide, including your name, email address, optional telephone number, area of interest, and message. This information is used to receive, direct, and respond to your enquiry.

Submissions are delivered to the project team through an external transactional email provider. The website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. These providers may process limited technical and submission information as part of delivering those services.

Do not use the enquiry form to send financial records, identity documents, or other sensitive information. Liwan Village does not currently use form submissions for an automated marketing list.

Standard technical logs may be created by the website host and security services. The contact service is designed not to write enquiry contents to its application logs.

Legal review pending: Approved company details, retention periods, data rights, and an official privacy contact must be added before the final public launch.
